Hi, I'm Simone!
In 2019 I completed my real estate license but continued to work my full-time job in hospitality. My plan to start in real estate part time and gradually transition from corporate America was forever changed when the pandemic hit in March 2020,. My job was furloughed and I had two options sit on my hands and wait or become a full-time Realtor. I decided to dive head-first into Real Estate and here we are!
I am a Raleigh native with extensive knowledge of Raleigh and its surrounding communities! I have over a decade of sales experience with my Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from East Carolina University! When I'm not showing homes, I am out with my Husband, Daughter and fur baby exploring the beautiful city of Raleigh.

Delays or even denial of loan by the buyer's lender. This can happen if there are changes in the buyer's financial situation or if they fail to meet certain requirements set by the lender. But don't lose hope, there are often alternative solutions that can be explored.
Discrepancies with the home's appraisal value. The appraisal is a crucial step in the closing process as it ensures that you are not overpaying for the property. If there are any discrepancies, it may take some time to resolve and could delay the closing.

Happy Black History Month everyone! Did you know that entrepreneurship has been a huge part of Black history in America? From Madam C.J. Walker, who became the first female self-made millionaire in America, to Oprah Winfrey, who became one of the most successful entrepreneurs of our time, Black entrepreneurs have made incredible contributions to our society.
Speaking of entrepreneurship, I wanted to share a fun fact about myself. Both of my grandmothers were entrepreneurs! My maternal grandmother was a realtor with Century 21 and even built homes with my grandfather(they built the first home I grew up in Raleigh). Meanwhile, my paternal grandmother owned an In-Home Daycare (currently still open). I guess you could say that entrepreneurship runs in my blood!
